We have written extensively on how to use coconut oil as a food for various health benefits but did you know it can also be used topically to help roll back a few years in appearance?

Coconut Oil and Baking Soda Facial Cleanser Recipe


1/2 cup organic coconut oil (we recommend this)

1/2 cup baking soda


Warm the coconut oil in a pan (not the microwave) until it is in liquid form so that you can mix it well with the baking soda. The idea here is to create a paste that you can apply to your face. Massage some into your face, wash, and repeat for a total of 3 times.
